from the tent where you receive the quest from Petula, proceed north along the beach... you will go past a ship wreck that will update if you have the ship wreck quest from ... Farwhendle Higglespout... around the corner is another dock with a man waiting under it. That is Silverlip Slim. Give Slim the gruesome package and receive another with the same name to take to Sid Hacke in Buried Sea.... Board the boat that comes to the dock that has all the rats around it and you will find Sid to the left of the dock the ship stops at in Buried Sea...
