Dropped by a fierce ice brute in Miragul's Spider Den raid. This mob appears to not have a bestiary entry.

Ok so this npc is named "a fierce ice brute" in Miragul's Menagerie: The Spider Den. About what level is it?

This mob exists in the raid instance of The Spider Den. I had made a post here with missing bestiary entries: https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=7166#m1545315062133082570
For sake of not needing to click through ...
I also have a number of screenshots of these I can upload once there are entries on them.
