Here's some locs I found mine:

I was in a group doing the tasks on this island, and we were pulling sirens to a camp, when someone told me to pick up the ground spawn there. I'd seen the bones poking out of the rock but they weren't very visible and I hadn't realised they were the "remains". Anyway, I picked them up but when I checked back in my log file I still can't find any emote about bones. (I wanted to add an audio trigger for it. Bah.)
I also don't see this location mentioned here yet. It's on a ledge west of the northern end of the big lake in the center (I got a task update for exploring that lake), at about +2890 +4060 +342.

open buriedsea_1.txt from your EQ maps folder and paste these into buredsea_1.txt and then save the file

When I put these coordinates in the buriedsea_1.txt map file, it says the path is wrong?

These are ground spawns also on the Maiden's Grave Islands (1530, 3200), (1980, 2715), (1710, 2630), {The first three locs are on the South eastern smaller islands near their peaks or at least on the tops} (2120, 4290), {This was reported as a ground spawn, and may well be but when you get near this one a rogue skeleton is nearby usually and has a 50% drop rate} (3000, 4570) I only found 1 here after 15 or so visits.
They are hard to spot but no worries, if the ground spawn is at that loc when you get to it you will see the emote, "You notice what looks like a pile of bones nearby." So if you get near the loc and see that text look carefully, depending on your video settings they can be hard to see or click on even once seen. Most of these are safe to travel to with regular invis as long as you avoid the Eastern coast of the main island due to all the skellies there.
There may very well be more ground spawns at diff locs, but these few I listed might make the Lost Crew quest a little easier to solo as opposed to fighting the skellies on the East beach.
