ive been trying to figure out how to get the stats for this gear, if anyone knows information would be appreciated. Later im going to run around with the default piece shown here equipped and talk to various NPC's in Katta, hopefully i'll find some trigger text or something.

You don't get stats on these pieces. Apparently, handing these to Noble Phren after you've completed the first 5 solo tasks in Atiiki will reveal positions in another Order puzzle. The final reward isn't known yet.
Also off random efreeti in Stone Tongue of Ateleka. This piece dropped last night for us. Seems an average of one platinum efreeti armor drops per mission run.
