Satyr Hunter's Draught  

 

I got this doing a low level quest in Blackfeather Roost.
The only quest I did in zone were given by the same NPCs to give the griffon treat quests and two NPCs in the grave yard area.
I also recived a Griffonbane Hammer These quests were not available to other casters so I think it was a glitch they fixed. Good pet weapon though
