I found one of these off a drowned sailor on the wreck that was the farthest south in the harbor. This was the hardest one for me to find as well. I had 3 of the others before finding one of these.
I have looted the Knight Booty and Sailors Booty from A Drowned Sailor

Anyone have any info on where these drop. Have only found the pirayes booty, neither sailors or knights.
