Scars of VeliousThis stuff doesnt drop off the shamen, It seems to only drop off the Raging Highland Kobolds, I'm not sure about the regular Highland Kobolds as I've only killed the occasional wanderer.
It makes sense that this doesnt drop off shamen though, since they arent a class listed as being able to wear this, and this is plate, not chain like the bamboo stuff is supposed to be.

Got these yesterday. Dropped off of a Highland Kobald in the camp in the North East corner. Lots of mobs conning high blue there to a 44th Warrior.
