I was camping the DE SK that drops the first key in Befallen, and to mysuprise he had this rapier on him along with the key. I reviewed the stats and found them to be suprisingly good, and then checked eqprices.com, which said 1.5kpp. I then blinked several times and read it again. Then I checked to make sure it was the same item, which it was. I find it odd that I would find such a valuable item on a mid-teen NPC. Also, could anyone post any other pricing information, so I know what to sell it for?
Yep, also got one. This Aeska L'rei, the second key holder who dropped it.

I have one given to me by a DE Rogue friend of mine... I'm sure she would have told me if it was a GM event item--but I have been wrong before :)

I know for a fact this item dropped during a GM event in Najena when rubicite was redropped, I seriously doubt it is regularly dropped in Kithicor. However, I have been wrong before :)

No its not dropped any more there are tierdail weapons dropped in kith with same stats haven't seen rapier drop though.
