Can anyone please tell me exactly what these are for?? I have the one for the Buried Sea, and it is just taking up space in my bags. So, help please.

The tickets are used for the instanced missions, not for the regular zone.
He is by the tents in Barren Coast. Ticket is 0. Then go to ramp and wait/board boat named Isabella. It will take you to Buried Sea and you can get off the boat at ramp by the quest givers Bella, Bill and Mal etc.
Dockmaster Weatherby does not sell this ticket.
