Just thought I would add... the quest write up says drops in the pyramids... but these also drop outside the pyramids on the efreetis as well, so if you are a necro, you don't have to fight in the small hallways to get your tokens

We have seen at least 3 of these drop in the Fate of the Combine mission. If that helps anyone.
this is far from being common... i'd say at least uncommon to rare.. Been killing them near the south pyramids and got 1 to drop in like 2 hours
This and the Token of Order are needed for the third and fourth in a series of quests given by Noble Zivrn (named efreeti) in Atiiki. As stated by their ID lore, they signify to Mahatototarit which puzzle you'd like to solve.
