Normally, I try to avoid these "This is <insert class of choice> <item>!" discussions. But on this one, I felt I had to weigh in. In my humble opinion, this weapon should go to a warrior. My main is a Warrior, but I also play both a Ranger and a Paladin. I just think this is your ultimate, Main Tank, weapon. Let's ignore the stats and the ratio, any class could and would benefit from them. It's the proc that makes this weapon unique. It is specifically design for the person you want taking the damage. In most cases, only exception being when one isn't available, that is your warrior.

Any guild capable of doing AoW would not be giving a BoC to any other class then a war (most guilds will stop farming AoW once all Wars in the guild have a BoC) no matter the loot policy, merit system, dictation, etc. Giving a BoC to any other class listed here besides a War totally defeats the entire purpose of raiding, of course if you people would play EQ instead of just searching for gear out of your range, you might make it here one day. AoW now a days is a fairly gimp fight. So I dont know why you all are ********* its pointless. I have yet to see anyone other then a war use a BoC for grouping (xp), if someone in my guild was using BoC during a raid there *** would be booted (other then the Main Tank). But what do I know, ive only been there and killed AoW 27 times, I *may* not know anything, really...
