If you are a monk or beast who is wanting this weapon... look up HAMMER OF THE GNOLL SLAYER it's a quest in this zone that gives you a better wep then the one this mob drops and is very very easy to do especially if you're in a group. What i did was i got Hammer of the Gnoll Slayer and Treantwood Staff when i switched my server... they're very nice weps fer such an easy quest imo.

The marsh creeper heals, a lot, and fast, as he's a druid. Level 30 BST couldn't hurt him fast enough.
he was at the southern entrance of the marsh area just outside with the briar thorns and howling briars... posted a pic...
OK from what I can gather. Hense it is labeled as a "monster" not an animal, I think it might look like the hedges. I'm going to test this out, but I'm also wondering if he spawns in the actual marsh area in Blightfire.

does anyone know the /loc of this mob. i tried to track it with my bard but nothing
That this is the first and only hand-to-hand you can get until about level 50 in all of TSS...
