Head to the flooded caves area of Verg. There is a strip of land between the first and second cave area.

The task will auto update when you have item on cursor and are in the right /loc (area of -454.08, -997.96, -352.54),

Unearthed Bonesnapper Beast will spawn and aggro you.

This is a Quest Item given by Togswell Mophintok, a Gnome who hangs out in Goru`Kar Mesa at the back of the earthen ooze caves, West of the Minohten camp.

The quest is "Bile From Below" and you are instructed to "Plant the hardened metal-alloy" somewhere in the Vergalid Mines.
