This quest starts in Icefall Glacier from Orc named Gnashclaw Stonefed. Just have Dubious faction or better to receive the quest.
You must enter the caves to the east of wizard spires, Loc in caves is p1735, n77, p52.
The Scared rock is in the middle of the room surrounded by kobols, you can sneak in and grab a piece of rock. Only one at a time, the pieces are lore. Return to Gnashclaw and give him the piece an run back and repeat till it is complete.
BTW Gnashclaw does get bigger as he each each stone.
After turning in 4 stones to him just hail him again to complete it an receive the aug.

I did this shrouded lvl 70 goblin rogue and had no trouble completing it.
