Thye problem with augmentation of death is mana cost and Refresh on spell. the second one being the bigger concern for me most of the time. I always seam to lose pet buff just as I start fear kiting something. And if ytou don't have the buff loaded, eatting up a slot, your going to play hell sitting, memming, waiting for it to cycle, and cast it on your pet. I mean I do it all the time, but it sux.
This effect would rock if it where the lvl55 verision. But as it is I'll really only use it when in an emergency (like in the above situation) or when chain casting pets on a raid, and maybe not even then because of the cast time.
On a side note it sure would be nice if you could buff other peoples pets. Imaginge that only one of your 2 or three necro's had to have Augmentation of death loaded. Or only one mage needed his best burn out loaded...

Very useful effect no longer needed in a spell slot and saves you 200 mana. No excuse not to have your pet buffed now

yeah it'll just make them aggro more and die faster in group settings... hehe pet aggro still seems messed up =\, though a nice effect no doubt

Well then why not cast a slow on your pet so that it aggroed even less? Hehe. I, for one, would rather chain cast pets and do great damage and save the healer from healing the tanks (unless healing the pet works for them). Hell, make the haste cap not apply to pets and give me a 200% haste pet buff! Anyways, us necros don't always group. Keeping aggro on pet = good. Running away so we can try to get another fear off = bad. This necro will take ugly high aggro over zero aggro any day of the week. Except Sundays. Sundays we can use for aggro kiting uber mobs. =D

umm reegor you know as well as i do that this effect is useless as we get a new pet buff at 55 which is better then this one. :P
