The staff looks like a Tranq Staff (Transparent White). I have since /feedback'd and e-mailed verant to have it changed to 1hb.

Heck, for a GM quest item with these **** poor stats, I'd imagine it has some horribly cool look and/or particle effect. Usualy items handed out at GM events are desireable. Unless this was a lowbie event.
This would have been a great, but not overpowered 1HB staff. Too bad it sucks as a 2HB.
