Elf Ears  

 

I think this was the reward for one of the Frostfell quests. I no longer recall which; indeed, I'm thinking there was a sort of "gift box" and anyone could get one -- but only one -- just by hailing Santug or something. Clicking on the box (in inventory) opened it to reveal a bunch of odd items like the elf ears, toy eye ball, frostfell wreath, etc., in stacks of 5 each.

So if you want 5 of these, try hailing Santug next time Frostfell rolls around (and after he recovers from the machinations of the Grinnuch).
