I do not think that the hides are LORE nor are they NO DROP. The reason I believe this is that the Child of Inoruuk quest requires two (2) of these. That can only lead me to believe that they are not LORE, as to weather they are NO DROP, looking at the description above, it says nothing so I would guess that they are not.

is this broken?
