Dropped today on Bristlebane
Is this item still tradeable? most stuff from Hate is No Drop. cool if it is, but i have never seen one for sale before..
sure is droppable. looking at one in bazaar in bristlebane (probably the one this guy's talking about actually!).
he's selling at 42,800pp which seems about right considering you can slap it on a level 1.

FLowing though 1 is not KEI. Its a ONE mana per tic mana regen. You can stack FT items up to 15, which is more than KEI, but FT1 alone is less than breeze.
The KEI line is probably just his sig...
Seeing that he is a 63 druid I would imagine (or hope) he knew what KEI was/did.

He said he was a Drood, not a druid, which could in fact explain the KEI remark if it wasn't part of his sig :)
