Vol. 9 No. 8

~ Foolish Attempts ~

As the world watches from
the outside, many citizens
have gone to their leaders
asking to provide aid to
the war. Many of these
leaders are too scared to
actually participate in
this war. That was the
situation until a band of
foolish Barbarians
attempted to break the
siege lines to aid to the
Frogloks of Gukta.

They came in large numbers
prepared for a battle. They
battled with the legendary

ferocity and their equally
famous stupidity. They
were unprepared for the
agile minds of the
Teir'Dal. As they rushed
the lines our agents told
the Trolls to recede from
the attackers, allowing
them to feel secure in
their approach, believing
that they might succeed.
Once there was no
possibility of retreat,
elite troops closed ranks
to the rear and the Grozmok
Ykesha sealed the front
lines. The destruction of
the Northmen was swift and
complete.

Commander Mook, leader of
one of the Troll units, had
these comments:

"Hopefully those fools
watching this war from the
outside will now know not
to interfere. This war has
nothing to do with anyone
other than the Frogloks and
the Trolls. Any attempts to
aid the Frogloks will be
dealt with properly and
swiftly."

Rumors have become
pervasive about politics
and practical matters
preventing various forces
of light from aiding the
Guktans during their siege.
Some claim to have sent
supplies to the Frogloks,
others claim that they are
unable to do so do to a
lack of such supplies to
send or because they have
no way to get those

supplies into Gukta.
Obviously the presence of
intelligence wielding the
brute power of the Troll
army has proven more than
the forces of light can
handle.
