Vol. 9 No. 4

~ Tensions Rise Over
Incidents with Humans ~

We have obtained some
information from a reliable
source in the Indigo
Brotherhood. Because this
information was given to us
freely, we understand that
while it is completely
truthful it may not be
entirely complete.

We have been asked to pass
on the following
information.

"The citizens of Neriak
have nothing to fear in

regard to repercussions
from the assaults on the
Humans of Freeport. The
situation is indeed
volatile, but all possible
care is being taken and it
is unlikely that the Humans
will have concern beyond
the troubles on their
immediate borders. Should
they decide to take a more
aggressive stance and
attempt to bring any sort
of retribution for the
actions of these Teir'Dal
heroes, then the Indigo
Brotherhood will be ready
to deal with them. Neriak
is at no risk."

The Teir'Dal militants
continue to attack the
citizens and guards of
Freeport. No affiliation

has been established
between these groups and
any official group among
the government of Neriak.

It is recommended that
citizens remain behind the
Second Gate and do not
travel beyond the Commons
unless their business is
important.

In potentially related
news, the Frogloks of Gukta
have begun to build up
their forces. It is
believed that the frogs are
preparing to assist the
Humans against the small
number of Teir'Dal that now
control the Commonlands.
It is obvious that the
Humans have been unable to
defeat the threat due to

their fear and weakness.
It is unclear how long it
might be until the frogs
move their forces into the
Commonlands or what the
militant groups of Teir'Dal
might do in response.
