It creates 5 Sly Summoner dolls, which are used to make the Magician class-specific armor, along with the Armor of Distraction.

The proc summons A doll, which has the effect "Hug" on it, 2 hp regen. This is a reward to a huge quest in Plane of Mischeif. I belive its booby loot though.
