The Spell: Illusion Frost bone is only given as an additional quest reward to Enchanter class, and can be obtained by no other means than this Halloween quest.
Type: 5 part quest.
This quest is completed by hailing Zigan Ribshard in the Plane of Knowledge (Near Field of Bone portal / evil side )
He will ask you to do some favors for him (5 seperate quests). All the quests begin with NPC's in Kithicor Forrest. Once all 5 quests are complete... Hail Zigan Ribshard for your reward.

This shared task starts with Barsin, the Bone Collector; he's a scarecrow standing by the lake at loc -101, +9. The quest is on a 6 hour timer. You say, 'Hail, Barsin, the Bone Collector' Barsin, the Bone Collector says 'You there! Yes you! You look like the type that isn't scared off easily. I have a few projects that I'm working on and need someone to retrive a few [bones] for me.' You say, 'What bones do you need?' Barsin, the Bone Collector says 'I can use all types really. I have a rare give with bones you see. I'm able to fashion just about anything out of an adequate collection of them. The problem is that I'm running low on bones for my [projects].' You say, 'What projects?' Barsin, the Bone Collector says 'I don't have any specific projects at the moment. It's the bones that tell me what to make. If you can collect this [list] of bones I'd be happy to see what sort of things I could make with them.' You say, 'What list?' You have been assigned the task 'The Bone Collector' Loot 1 Splintered Discordling Bone 0/1 Wall of Slaughter Head to the north side of Wall of Slaughter and kill discordlings until you get a Splintered Discordling Bone to drop. Loot 4 Bone Chips 0/4 Plane of Nightmare Bone chips drop from the banshees to the east of PoN, past the river; kill them until you've looted four. Collect some dragon skull fragments from the dragon necropolis and return with it 0/1 Kithicor Forest This is a ground spawn in the tunnels at 125, -1835 and -147, -1821 - it appears as softly glowing golden sparkles rising from the ground. Your quest will not update for this quest item until you hand it in to Barsin. Deliver 1 Splintered Discordling Bone to Barsin, the Bone Collector 0/1 Kithicor Forest Deliver 4 Bone Chips to Barsin, the Bone Collector 0/4 Kithicor Forest This will spawn 'a bone construct' that you need to kill, a skeletal dragon mob scaled to the level of the group with an ability to FD you - be ready to stand back up when that happens. The mob summons. Your task 'The Bone Collector' has been updated. Whew that was close. I don't know why the bones turned on you like that, they've never done that before. For those who want to do this task for the Halloween mission, the keyword is "imagine".
