I, Sanctimonius Pontificus, Holiest of Paladins, have this day soloed a Servant Swordfish which dropped the tooth.
At lvl 61 I entered SG through CS, pacified the bulthar, pacified the seahorses and swam to the right where the swordfish likes to swim around. I waited in a spot underwater far enough to avoid seahorse aggro.
I was self-buffed only and chain cast Holy Might and Force throughout the fight, pausing once to cast Celestial Cleansing on myself.
Yes I had to LoH. I also had to use 9 out of 10 charges of Stinging Wort, but the fight ended with me at 40% health, the evil fish dead, and me gating to Thurgadin to attempt my 7th Shawl!

I also saw a few "A Swordfish" in PoS while fishing...i killed them but no tooth. /cry only found two though, so I can't say if they drop it or not.

Do these things drop in Kedge? I swear i remember getting one, a while ago when i was only 45ish. I can't remember where i got it, and no way was able to go to Siren's Grotto back then. I don't know if I foraged it, looted it, or what, but I thought it was in Kedge. Any ideas?

The ones at the zone in from CS will drop it. We got one right off, but went 2hrs without another one and 4 more kills. Although only one tooth, we each got an EB fishing pole from the seahorses, and they also dropped 2 seahorse cloaks.
There is a spot from the evac point where 2 spawn. From evac point (just inside from WW) go left, then right to the water (Invis up). There will be a small cave or channel to your left. Follow this, and you should find some more. Two were waiting for us there, and both dropped the tooth.
It's lore, so you can only loot one. You can get adds from above here, so watch it.
Finished my #7 shawl tonight. This is the only item you have to hunt to get. The rest you can buy in the bazaar.
Molktar Hide - Killed one earlier
Runed Sea Shell - about 200pp
Iceclad Cutlass Fish - about 100pp
Royal Kromriff Blood - 1kpp

The tooth will drop off the one's by CS I just got mine today
Which swordfish in Siren's Grotto drops this? I've never seen one drop from the ones in the water right when you zone-in from Cobalt Scar.
