Would not combine with a Fine plate bracer. Toolbox says it requires a small fine plate bracer.

I believe that all you have to do is replace the class battery which is purchased in iceclad at the igloos. All watchman items i believe are rechargeable by doing this.

Place it, along with the appropriate manna battery into a toolbox, press combine. Takes ZERO skill, trivial for even non-gnomes to do.

I say make it produce wenches!

the effect doesn't "Produce" a "Wrench", it makes a "Produce Wrench". Its what all the smart grocery stores use when their Produce is in need of repairs. I mean, you ever seen the bill for a Tomato Repairman? its horrendous!

According to The Tinkering Compendium (www.eqportal.com/tinkering), the wrench is a "6dmg 26dly LORE NORENT hammer" summoned item. Not really good for much at the level of a typical Watchman's Armour wearer. *sigh*
