Would not combine with a Fine plate bracer. Toolbox says it requires a small fine plate bracer.
It can be recharged

I believe that all you have to do is replace the class battery which is purchased in iceclad at the igloos. All watchman items i believe are rechargeable by doing this.

Gnorm Blackfoot / Cleric / Tinkerer / all around handyman

Place it, along with the appropriate manna battery into a toolbox, press combine. Takes ZERO skill, trivial for even non-gnomes to do.
I say make it produce wenches!

you got it all wrong

the effect doesn't "Produce" a "Wrench", it makes a "Produce Wrench". Its what all the smart grocery stores use when their Produce is in need of repairs. I mean, you ever seen the bill for a Tomato Repairman? its horrendous!

-ooc I have to use <humour> & </humour> because you Americans don't seem to understand without it.

ermm... I think he used "humour" cause he's a git.
Union Jack loves throwing "U's" into everything. Or maybe it's us damn yanks that take em out? They did invent the English language after all.

Long live the Queen, people. Long live the Queen.

According to The Tinkering Compendium (www.eqportal.com/tinkering), the wrench is a "6dmg 26dly LORE NORENT hammer" summoned item. Not really good for much at the level of a typical Watchman's Armour wearer. *sigh*

#Anonymous, Posted: Jun 05 2001 at 6:56 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Ok, obvious question: What does the wrench do once "produced"?
#Anonymous, Posted: Jun 05 2001 at 6:46 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Heh heh, that's what I'm talkin' about!
