I recieved it when I won an archery contest in Butcherblock on Povar. Does anyone have any information on this bow? I've never seen another one, either in the game or on any site. It's a nice item to have for my ranger, I just want to know if there are any others.

The post can be found here. Arathain calls it "Exquisite Reinforced Vellium Bow" but given the identical stats I suspect it was a typo, and does refer to the same bow.

I can confirm that this bow does exist. I purchased it in the bazaar for 2000 plat, a real deal considering there is no level restriction on this item. I do not know where this bow drops, perhaps Dragon Necropolis or Kerafyrms Lair, but I doubt this is a Common drop because the one I have is the only one I have ever seen, and I have not met anyone else who has one.

I created a ranger just for fun and equipped this bow. Needless to say at level 2 the ranger was often killing trash mobs with one shot. Defnately a fun toy for lower levels.
