Let's see...+20 Str for the melee classes, +20 Int for the Int-casters, +20 Wis for the Wis-casters. This would be insanely popular even if you weren't counting the +25 bonuses to Magic and Poison resists.

If this drops, I'd hate to be on the Loot Council.
