is it on all server im on terris thule and i couldnt find them i just found the undead sprits and almost died and the sky was red and thats when the pixies turn right

I also play on Terris, and yes it is implemented. Me and a friend did the quest last week.

The ring is a no drop so he has to turn the skull in himself and he can only have one.

The one Frightling that we ran into in about and hour and a half in Lesser Faydark yesterday was at the bandit camp just north of the road. He was a necromancer with a pet. I can't remember his exact name, but his pet had the same name (i.e. it didn't say "pet" on the end of the name). Conned yellow to me at 19. It was not a normal Frightling, but a Frightling Horror (or something similar).

Most are right around the pixie tower on the west side of the zone. (They're converted pixes after all) My question is, are the skulls no drop? Like to get a pair of earrings for an alt, but the earrings are no drop so he'd have to turn in the skulls himself.
