Not only that, this armor will fill in the gap nicely between Crystalline Silk Armor and the Velious Tailored Armor.

Well, this hat isn't great, as for almost nothing you can pick up an Executioners Hood these days. 5 AC +4 str +9 dex 0.5 weight.

And 0.5 is still pretty heavy for a monk.
