Could this be it? The legendary Worst Quest Ever? Off the top of my head I can't think of a worse one although I really haven't looked that hard. Still, this has to be right up there.
As far as weap value goes, get a giant snake fang. Better weapon and easier to get.

Sorry for the late reply, but this is the first time I am looking up this item. Take a look at the range. How many other weapons that aren't throwing have a range of 40? If you have a snare/root item that you can use in conjunction with this or you have a SoW or Journeyman's Boots, then you can hit an enemy from a safe distance with this weapon then move out of range and take very little damage yourself. This is a lot more powerful than the damage/delay would seem to indicate. For a warrior or rogue, not taking damage is the most important thing because otherwise you end up with a lot of unproductive downtime waiting to heal up.

I dont know which stat is correct but for gods sake, its not even magic. lol. even the old quests usually are magic at least. this is horrible. nearly the same as s looted resty dagger i think.

Merchants will pay you about 1 Plat for selling the Seax. Actually better to turn the wristbands in to Cindl. You get Exp... coin... and a Piece of Rawhide Armor.

Except for rogues. Don't turn things into Cindl unless you want to blow your faction with your guild.

Actually, there is no longer a faction hit for the Order of the White Rose. There is only positive hits for Merchants of Halas, Wolves of the North, and Shamans of Halas(?).
