I'm not sure this entry is entirely correct.
My picture from Magelo shows that it does not have a damage bonus, has the effect: Curse of the Spirits (http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spell.html?id=1932&source=Live) and has a Type 4: augment slot.
I can confirm these stats once EQ comes back up. I hesitate to submit a graphic though as I dislike the new item window.
