ToV can be done with one group, can even get pick-up groups there.

You can reach lvl 60 but will still have a lousy time getting the ancient silk sleeve from ToV to get this nice item. ToV consists of lvl 60+ mobs and requires a good raid group with a lot of skill in dealing with adds and high lvl plane mobs. good luck eitherway in getting this quest done. ^_^
