There are 4 different types of Full Plate associated with the 4 different types of pre-Velious jewelcrafting bars (electrum, silver, gold, platinum). The approximate cost of these is hard to determine since that is a escalating cost, and the HQ ore that needs to be enchanted for both the sheets and the chain jointing are drop only, not store-bought.
The colors are set, depending on which 'flavor' you choose among the 4.
