2x Rods of Health were looted today on Mischief from a froglok king in Lower Guk, live side. Mischief server uses FV rules, so the screenshot confirms the rod is tradeable with FV loot rules.

Not a bad spell, comes in real handy in a place like Paw or Frozen Shadows, where you have to intentionally fall and take a few hundred damage.
It does about 150 to everyone, with an insane range.
In battle really only useful to either chain cast it a few times, which is bad since casting three times has some serious aggro issues. Or if lot of casters down on health, since 150 is about a bub of thier health anyways.
I could see where this would come in handy!

is a group heal rather small ish but good for doing fianly toouches to group
