I think I can understand where you're coming from with the "maximize your saves" thing, however, one problem that I keep having with save items is that its difficult to maxx out the exact stats that I want at the same time. If I'm trying to protect myself from a shammy mob, for instance, I'll want to maxx my CR MR DR, but there are few items out there with saves for all of those. Against a necro? MR DR PR .... A wizzie mob? MR FR CR
Now, here's an item that you can wear as part of your 'street clothes' - not just part of your raid gear. And on alot of raids you'll find yourself getting hit with all types of casts - this item is a real blessing in those situations. True that it only adds 4 to each save, but those little things can really add up, especially cause your inventory carries like 28 items (I think, and I'm not gonna count em right now). A little can go a long way in that many slots. This item ROCKS! I wish every item in my inventory had these stats (well, add a bit of the AC =p). I'd be a brick s***house!

You are absolutely foolish. The saves alone make this item invaluable when you're talking about 20 total saves plus 4 to all your primary stats. As a little bit of information, this is almost identical in stats to the Heirophant's cloak. You know how much that goes for? 40-50k.

Well, by the looks of it I would say a dragon by the name of Onava in Western Wastes.
