Veil of Alaris
In order to get the statues you have to be in the same zone as the person running to the relics for the update. Not being in the zone will not affect the task at all, you will just not receive your own copy.

You get this after reaching the relic of Illdaera on the task, "Ressurecting the Gods" in Sepulcher. Same for the animated statue of Lunanyn and Kolos.
