But it is the rarest thing I've ever camped in this game in my life, and it took 5, 12+ hour days of non-stop camping to see this once.
Have had as many as 4 skeletal warlords up at once, and of course when there was a bunch of them, nothing happened

Dropped off Warlord on Tunare 5/20/19 ish. Felt lucky because had only been clearing room/ running zone for 15 minutes or so. Nice upgrade for my 25 monk.

Dropped off warlord on phinigel server, was not wielding it.

Just dropped off the Warlord at the second draw bridge and he was holding the staff.

I've seen a few references to a maximum level that the stun proc will work on is level 55. However, I've reviewed the spell details under LUCY and cannot find any supporting data to this claim. Can anyone with a tranquil staff, ton po's staff or fabled tranquil staff reply with details about the max level for the stun proc?

When you Duel or go PVP there is no level restrictions on who the stun will land on. I dueled a level 70 Paladin once and the stuns landed just fine.
Against NPCs the level cap is 55.

The effect has been changed. The monk 1.5, 2.0 and this weapon had the stun proc modified so that you could no longer get stun lock on someone in PVP. In PVP there has never been a level cap for this effect. I was dueling a level 70 Paladin once and the stuns were landing just fine. But aginst NPCs the stun portion of the effect was capped at level 55.

Sold it the next day for 30k so that was nice profit... few days later i saw the item AGAIN for 13500.. so i ran over and bought it again... Gave up on trying to sell it after about 2 weeks and gave it to a really nice level 18 monk i met a few days earlier... turns out this was a 10 year old kid and told his dad (who plays a 65 warrior) about it... few hours later his dad logged on and gave me 250k for being so nice to his son......... Being nice always pays off =)

I have fought Tunare - idol statue AoW
and non resisted....it proc 75dd in pvp and stunn las 12 sec.Now people who say this wep is only for twinks are wrong. T staff is one of the best pvp weps in the game for monks..Now dont flame im not on a pvp server but do pvp alot in arna.And i also have FoN form tunare and SoM from kael but this is alot better for pvp one proc + innerflame = dead caster or melee with alot less hp only thing wrong with this wep in pvp is people spin and can still repoist used to just stand still :( Vishish Bloodshedder TP server
