1 ac, low str, a couple of hp... the fire resist is the best part, and it can be beat. i wouldn't wear it on my monk :p

i wanna say these are good for monks, but i cant bring myself to do it :P
if you need neck ac on a monk, go for the Collar of Undead Protection - 5ac 7dis 7poi 0.2wt, goes for like 50pp on Tarew Marr...
actually, paladin or ranger would do good with this, but im thinking druid as most druids dont get good str to begin with and light items make for more loot capacity, heh

To add a Paladin's view, at the level required to get this, a Paladin wouldn't wear it. BUT, since it's not NO DROP, it would definately make a decent but not great twink piece. For pally's AC really is king, and a neck of 1 AC (even with the really nice wis and hp stats) is kind of rough.
I have to agree with Nosferatu on this. Come on 1AC?? Verant, why mark an item, any item, all-all if your not gonna make it WANTED by all classes. 1AC geesh, stop paying your game researchers and hire a few of us EQ freaks. 8P

You can't really expect them to judge what people are going to want, can you? When deciding on whether a class or race can wear an item they basically go through the following checklist:
1. Does it make sense for them to be able to use this item?
2. Is it balanced for them to use this item?
If the answer to both is 'yes', then they make it usable by that race or class.
Anyhow.. As stated, this is a total twink item, and a nice upgrade from BI medalion for any twink.

If every all/all piece was wanted by each class, it would further reduce the chance someone will actually get it. There are more than enough all/all items out there that everyone wants, even those that can't really put it to as good of use, just because they 'can' wear it. We don't need more that everyone wants.
Though I agree, this piece has some nice diversity in what it does, but not quite enough in any one place to easily justify for many people that can get this item themself. As a twink item, not too bad for wisdom casters or hybrids (though with 1 ac it'll loose appeal to ranger/pal twinks sooner than casters)
