ItemY'all are crazy this is obviously an ubah ogre item note the -8cha. sheeesh some ogres would kill for that stat. Truthfully why do some folks post on these boards? wanna know the best class for this item?? follow these steps
step 1 look at the item and stats
step 2 decide if you would like this item for your character. If yes move to step 4 if no continue to step 3
step 3 move on and find something else to do with your time other than trying to TELL other folks, who don't care about your 2cp, who would want this item and who wouldn't.
step 4 do the quest get the reward live happily ever after

I don't agree sawzallz. From peoples' opinions, you can find out many things about the item. If an item looks good, but everyone on the forum says it sux because of X, Y, and Z, then I won't get it. But if It looks ok, but everyone on the board says it rocks due to X, Y, and Z, then I will consider getting it.

i could be wrong but halflings have a low charisma too at the start. Mine was only 50 a halfling druid while Ogre Shadow Knights have it at 42 hell id get to there with this fine item.
