You can get the Cloak of Hazy Memories on Fippy as of late 2012.
Received from FABIAN in East Freeport after turning in the Lute Strings. Used to give Cloak of Hazy Memories but that was taken off the Fippy and Vulak progression servers. Not sure what to do with this now.
Fabian does say at end of his short text " Now where did my lucky coin go?" If this leads to somewhere else I am unsure. Coin has no resale value from merchants in Grub and Grog.
Cast Identity on it and got " An Etched Silver Coin".
