I hunted both LoC the -1748x-368 and the -1000 to -2000x2500 to 3000 for more than a day. I looked durring the day and durring the night. I foraged skill 200 and looked for ground spawn. I never saw or foraged even one piece in BB. Whats up with this Dang stuff.

It is a ground Spawn in BB. Foraging won't help you any. Take a look around for something like a small green leaf, when you see it, click it and you'll recieve your oak bark.
