Leave it to Verant to make nice items Lore.
I think they're worried about people spending a lot of time in DN and farming these. Could be quite a problem if these weren't lore.

Well I'm not sure you can get this at lvl 30 =P~
I guess if you want to twink your lvl 30 that's one thing but hunting it at 30 I dont think so.

Not at all WW. This is found in Dragon Necrop. off of Ratmen (sp?), along with the rest of the "Velium" type weapons, other than the crap fine steel type ones. Examples of the others would include: Wrapped Velium War Lance, Exquisite Velium Brawl Stick, Forged Velium Battle Axe, or a regular Velium Spear. Notice the added coment each one has. This indicates w/o looking whether the dmg/dly might be better than another of its own type. For expample an Exquisite or Massive Velium Brawl Stick has a better ratio than a Light Velium Brawl Stick. Thats about all i'm up to saying right now...

says it's common and 30th lvl to attain tho. damn i'd love that. my main 41 war is usin dorf sap and CoT but that thing kicks ***. i doubt it's dragon necropolis if it says 30th lvl

My guild has raided DN a few times, and yes... these weapons drop there off the Ratmen. They are not actually called "Ratman" but they look like rats. Don't get too happy if you see one with a weapon though, sometimes they just drop Velium weapons (Magical FS with 12dd proc)

All the LORE velium weapons are found in Dragon Necropolis (bad side) looted off random Chetari. Same drop rate as tizmak armor in Great Devide. ABout 1 and 5
Guild raid in DN a few nights ago. my group got 4 weapons in a 2 hour period oh camping the chetari.
