TASK NAME: Aragol's Seance
NPC: Aragol Gloomflow
LOCATION: Crescent Reach in Nokk Cave
HE GIVES YOU:
YOU NEED TO FIND AND LOOT: Foul Ichor Residue and Fine Bone Powder
Combine them in the bag. Give the combined bag to Aragol. He will then do a seance over his lost love, Iris Gloomflow.
AWARD: Halloween Candy items
NOTE: Items still drop, even if Halloween task is not active.

So far, all of the research I've done on the stuff states that Aaragol is a Halloween NPC that gives you the quest mentioned below during the halloween celebration, and you get candy or something as a reward. I'm just going to destroy mine. No real immediate use for it, I'm seeing.

This is a component of the "Aragol's Seance" Quest which is given in Crescent Reach by Aragol Gloomflow. he gives you a pouch when you receive the quest to combine the two ingredients (the other being "Fine Bone Powder" )in, and then return them to him.

Just looted one of these from a Nokk Elder in Crescent Reach.
