Fabled Ivy Etched Tunic  

 

If this truly drops in Kith then either Leaf Falldim or Gandari is the fabled, however I killed both recently and both respawned as normal and I went from amiably to indifferent to kith residents. So I'm to going to try camping either to see if they are fabled spawns as Morin a level 61 Ranger Guildmaster is in a nearby hut and on the same faction. Next try will be Meldreth in Steamfont and Thistle Underbrush in Lfay.
