is the info on this page correct saying the star rubies ring is needed in the making of the shield? I have looked on a different site and it does not mention it is needed in the recipe.

Looks just like the Yellow Round Shields the Ogre Bouncers carry. Anyone on Qul I'll make for 100Plat, 50 Plat if you bring Elf, Human, Dwarf Blood with you.
Smithing 193, Brewing 151, Fletching 132, Fishing 144 Tailoring 45. No Trade Job too small.
Now maybe those poor Ogre bouncers can stop carrying around small round shields. I always thought it odd that the ogre bouncers carried shields that aren't ogre usable.

I took my round shield off a dead Ogre, and my ogre shaman could use it just fine. Found the dead guard at level 1, I still use it at level 12, though I'm looking for a better one, as soon as I see one for sale.
