the description on the item says:
Spell Effect: Fills you with the spirit of Valdeholm, giving your melee attacks a chance to deal 175 damage to giant shades.
on normal mobs when it procs you get a "Your target does not meet the spell requirements" message.
so pretty much useless unless its needed for FC raids? dont know

its not ~needed~ in FC raids, its not really needed at all unless you do nothing but spend your days grinding FC :P
I assume it is to undead only?
175 proc or +175 damage per hit?
