I got my pirah mask at lvl 12 for my necromancers fear, it helped alot and people are more than happy to help you get one.
Isn't this like an awesome mask for a monk? I mean, I was planning on making a set of imbued vale for my halfling druid. I have an Iskar Monk that would really like this. But of course iskar monks cannot wear this. But human monks can.

Actually, the forsaken pariah mask is same ac, weighs 0.4, is -25 charisma (which is reputed to help with instill doubt) and is easy to get from lev 20 or so forsaken pariahs in Kunark.

actually the higher ones charisma the better fear sticks, seems kinda stupid though... then again thats verant for ya

Charisma is how impressive you are, not how good you look in spandex. A clumsy incopetent-looking lout has low charisma, high charisma can mean terrifyingly ugly, drop-dead gorgeous, or just cool and in-charge. My 2cp, noone looks words up before commenting on em anymore

Actually charisma is how good your relationship is with ither characters, not how "impressive" you are, thats why Dwarves, Trolls, and Ogres have low charisma, they're not polite. So if your Cha was low and someone didn't like you it would seem easier to scare them
