The person I got the link from (several times over the years) said it was a GM gift from way back. I first saw the link was sometime right after PoP came out, but I'm pretty sure he had since before that.
He explained there was only 1 / server, but I have never seen it linked on any other servers. Of course, since it's been updated finally and I don't think SwiftyMUSE plays on Druzzil (I may be completely wrong here :D) it may very well be.
That's as much as I can recall about it.
