The proc is 48dd. I assume it procs at level 30 just as the Staff of Writhing does (Same Proc Chaotic Feedback) The guy con'd blue to me at level 45 but i took him down pretty easy since i am a SK. Fear and Darkness ruled the day, LoH was annoying though. GL getting this neat (and Not Bad at All!) Weapon.
